Being new to the area, I've have to say that i absolutely love this village. It truley has everything i need, from food to shopping, the ability to walk and or excersise. The courtyard activities are amazing as well as the people you meet.Not one negative about Birkdale.

I LOOOOOOOOVED THIS NEW PLACE OR VILLAGE so much. I tried this for the first time, and, me, and my family loved it. Even on a day for a pop up store.

It's great, during winter they have a skating rink. There's a theatre, book store, coffee, hot chocolate. And this place is walkable! I'd love to live here. I just wish it was bigger.

I lived here when I first moved to the Charlotte area. This village is a great place to experience great dining and live in a secure well groomed community. The atmosphere is alive in the evenings but not to out of hand later in the evenings. You’ll get your sleep and wake up to your choices of a Starbucks or First watch breakfast within a couple of minutes walking. Always enjoy Birkdale Village, love the place.

I love to go to this place with my friends and family! It is so fun! I love all of the different restaurants and shops there and they have such a good variety. They have a little bit of construction going on right now but that is for a few new restaurants and it isn’t loud or a disturbance. Fun place to sit and play in the center with live music on Friday nights. I usually always feel very safe here and there are cops that will walk around at all times for safety reasons. Most of the time there is not a lot of parking on the street but it is good that there is parking garages. Overall definitely recommended coming here!

Birkdale Village in Huntersville is hands down one of our favorite places to spend time together as a family. It has the perfect mix of fun, food, and shopping — there’s truly something for everyone! We love walking around, enjoying the beautiful atmosphere, and stopping by all the great spots for a treat or a meal. Our absolute favorite? Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop! Their pies are amazing — the perfect mix of homemade comfort and sweetness. We never leave without taking a few home (and maybe sneaking one in the car on the way). Between the cozy lights, the family-friendly events, and all the places to eat and relax, Birkdale Village makes every visit feel special. Whether it’s a date night, a day with the kids, or just a quick dessert stop, this place never disappoints. We love everything about it! ❤️ Holidays or not it’s amazing- but truly visit during the holidays it’s so cute!!

Staying by Lake Norman, I visited this shopping center 3 times this week during my stay. It has a quaint small town vibe with everyone being really nice. There’s a seasonal ice skating rink, which my son enjoyed yesterday; he loved it and didn’t want to leave (the weather was in the 50s so it was a beautiful day). I spent the day shopping at various stores there today, and everywhere I went, the salespeople were very helpful. I’m sad to leave but will think fondly of this place.

Birkdale Village is a great spot to stop by before heading to Lake Norman. The area has a nice mix of shops, restaurants, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for strolling around. Plenty of dining options and a lively vibe—definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Birkdale village is kinda must visit place for me and my family as our close relatives are in Huntersville and just across the road from Birkdale village. So we taken there for a walk or quick bite as delicious kilwins ice cream of other stuff. This recent visit was after 3 years since we were last and we did noticed so many new shops and restaurants are inside.usually always feel very safe here and there are cops that will walk around at all times for safety reasons. Most of the time there is not a lot of parking on the street but it is good that there is parking garages. Overall definitely recommended coming here!
